Fine Cooking magazine does a nice job at coming up with recipes that work well on busy weeknights. This one is really quick -- you don't even need to halve the cherry tomatoes. Lovely mix of flavors with a nice kick from a bit of chopped pepperoncini....

The name is not at all misleading ... these are very fast to put together and very delicious. The dough is particularly easy to pull together. Cooking time is about 25-30 minutes with another 15-20 minutes glazing/cooling time. Lovely Sunday morning...
