These were easy to put together and came out pretty good. My only complaint is that the sauce was way too thin with the 3 cups water! I had to cook it down for about 30 minutes before it was a proper consistency.

This is a simple, tasty cookie that comes together easily and can be a base for other add-ins. Instead of chocolate chips I have used nuts, cereal and/or dried fruit. In my oven these took 11 minutes - do not over bake if you seek a chewier center.

Chipotle Shrimp Coleslaw reviewed by kaye16

This was a hit. I made a half recipe (a bit short on shrimp, unfortunately) and served it for dinner over brown rice. The rice made a new chew under the crunchy salad. Really nice tastes come together in a bit of an unexpected fashion.
