Very good and easy. I like their suggestion of mixing a bit of water with the garlic before adding it to the pan. It helped keep the garlic from over browning.

A decent focaccia and an easy recipe, with the kneading done in the food processor. The recipe calls for a potato, which I thought was a little strange, so I might keep trying other focaccia recipes to see if I find one I like better.
