This is listed as an appetizer but it made a wonderful and very filling dinner for us on a summer evening. Very simple prep -- and very tasty. We did add a small side salad and called it dinner. Simple technique, quick prep and cooking time, tasty. If I'd purchased peeled and deveined fish, this dinner might have been on the table in about 20 minutes start to finish. Served with jasmine rice. Kind of wish I'd boiled the marinade while the shrimp...
