About me: I live in Colorado and cook for my family; my husband, my 20-year-old daughter (who is in college), and my 18-year-old son (a VERY picky eater). I love cookbooks and have quite a collection but am always looking to add more. I have been known to take a cookbook to bed and read it before falling asleep. Lately, I have found myself getting a lot of recipes off the internet and not using my cookbooks much. I would like to change this. I am anxious for this site to take off (and it will) and for the volume of recipe reviews to grow. It is such a great idea!

I made for a family retreat in the mountains. Mine turned out ugly (probably the cook) but tasted wonderful!

Loved this!! We did both scallops and shrimp and they were both great. We also grilled them which means we didn't have to use all of the called for olive oil. I will make these again.

Taste good but would definitely use light LIGHT brown sugar. The smaller the scoops the better too for cookie size - they spread a lot.
