Baked Breaded Eggplant with Marinara : page 117

Cider-Braised Beef Stew : page 46

The smokiness of the smoked paprika and the touch of cider vinegar splashed on at the end make this recipe for me. It's simply yummy! Another one that I cannot wait to make again!

Four-Cheese Baked Gnocchi : page 167

This is extremely rich, but wonderfully cheesy and comforting! Easy to prepare and delicious to eat!

Love this recipe! Easy, cheesy, spicy (added more curry than was called for), wonderful! Can't wait to make it again!

Prosciutto Potato Poppers : page 225

I haven't yet had the opportunity to make this recipe myself, but I did sample someone else's efforts recently, and, boy, were these poppers scrumptious! Really, what could be better than hot proscuitto and potatoes?

Red Curry Beef : page 97

I made this last night. The lime juice gives this dish a wonderful zing. Even my picky five-year-old liked it!
