Tried this recipe for a family get together this past weekend. Everyone loved them and asked that I make more next time. Simple with great bold flavors. Will experiment with different types of cheeses for the next batches!

Another big hit with my party guests! These really do taste like little pizzas with big flavor. I did find these to be a bit oily, however, the oil from the sundried tomato soaked into the baguette and the taste was quite yummy! I would suggest "squeezing out" some of the oil from the tomatoes before tossing them in the food processor. I used garlic stuffed green olives, next time will add a few more as the olive/garlic tastes were very subtle. Overall, these were delicious!
