I thought these were very tasty. I made them with goat cheese instead of creme fraiche and that worked well. I halved the recipe and still got enough topping for 12 crostini.

Another big hit with my party guests! These really do taste like little pizzas with big flavor. I did find these to be a bit oily, however, the oil from the sundried tomato soaked into the baguette and the taste was quite yummy! I would suggest "squeezing out" some of the oil from the tomatoes before tossing them in the food processor. I used garlic stuffed green olives, next time will add a few more as the olive/garlic tastes were very subtle. Overall, these were delicious!
