Otherwise they don't come out as dark and espresso-colored as in the picture. These are always a hit and several of my friends have made different variations (mini cupcakes, cakes, etc...) |
| From: Smitten Kitchen (reviewed 19th April 2011)I love these cookies and have made them twice now. They are a huge hit with co-workers! The first time I made them, the cookie parts came out large and lumpy. The second time I made them a little smaller and they came out thin and with just the right amount of crispy edge. The filling is ridiculous - ridiculously good! The only negative is that it is time-consuming, but so worth it. |
