It might not taste very exciting but it was easy to make and the first successful loaf of sandwich bread I've made.

Light Whole Wheat Bread

Easy to make. Light and fluffy inside, nice crunchy crust on the outside. I did use loaf pans instead of making these free-form, but they turned out wonderfully.
