Baked Tomato Casserole : page 53
This was good but I don't think I'd make it again since the three cheese mac and cheese (p. 52) I used the left overs from to go in this one lacked a little something itself. Hubby didn't like at all and son said not something he wanted to eat again. It might have been a little better had I had some fresh basil. I used some dried Italian seasoning instead.

Three Cheese Macaroni : page 52
Although this was good it tasted like it needed a little something more. This recipe was from the big batch section of this magazine. In the big batch recipes you use some of the leftovers to make another meal. I'm planning on using some of the mac and cheese to make the baked tomato casserole on page 53. Hoping this will add that something the mac and cheese needed. The other recipe you could choose to make with the leftovers was Sausage and Spinach Alfredo.

Tuna Casserole : page 86
We enjoyed this one but like the recipe we usually make from Taste of Home better. It was good but only had a little Parmesan in the topping. The one we like better has swiss cheese in the casserole. This one lacked a little flavor we though.
