| From: Cooking Light (reviewed 23rd July 2017)Quick and easy weeknight meal. Delicious too. Served over brown rice. I used Uncle Bens precooked brown rice in a microwave bag. Instead of all red bell pepper as called for I used one red and one orange. This dish was pretty too. |
