These are fantastic. I first tasted them when my sister in law found the recipe in a culinary mystery and made them for us. Since then I've made several variations. We like them this way and also with ginger ale and a bit of fresh grated ginger. They're addictive though.

I really enjoyed this one. I bought a couple extra avocados when I got some for the guacamole so decided to try this too. I ate some on toast and some on a tomato as suggested by PW. It was great both ways. At first I was skeptical about spreading a bit more mayo and some Dijon mustard on the toast before adding the egg salad but it was very tasty that way with the avocado and egg.

Beware! These could become addictive. They are easy to put together and bake but be sure to wear rubber gloves when you remove the seeds and membranes from the jalapenos. All you need is three ingredients for some major YUM ... bacon, jalapenos, and cream cheese. Ranch dip is great for dipping them in but they are just as good to just pop them in your mouth as is.

I loved the Italian Drip Beef and this one was almost as good. Hubby liked it better but I liked the Italian one better. We made sandwiches and used Swiss Cheese on them. I did this one in the Slow Cooker. I liked that part since all I had to do was toast the sandwich rolls and supper was served.

I made this for Christmas breakfast and of of us except hubby loved it. Lot's to love here with eggs, cheese, hash browns, spinach.

I made this one as an appetizer. They're quiet spicy from the Sriracha sauce but we love spicy, so that's a good thing. They're really messy to eat but so worth it. Grab plenty of napkins when eating this one and something cool to drink. This recipe is for the grill but I broiled mine in the oven. A hit here!

We grilled our corn on the charcoal grill. This guacamole is amazing. I made a half recipe which should have served 5 but hubby, daughter and I devoured it all. I dipped hubby's before adding the cilantro since he has that gene that makes it taste soapy. I'll be making this one again.

I made this for supper tonight and we all enjoyed it very much. We love hominy and I was delighted to find a new recipe using it. Cheese, bacon, green chilies, onion and a little kick from a jalapeno made this a tasty treat. I found some fire roasted chilies and used those. I only made a 1/2 recipe and which serves 3 and the 3 of us had very generous portions with a portion left over.

I have made a couple of PW's drip beefs but I think this is my favorite. We loved the hint of spicy from the peppers. Since she said you could use what ever peppers you want I decided to use some of my sisters canned jalapernos in place of the suggested cherry peppers I also used the suggested Pepproncini peppers but I also omitted the pimentos since son doesn't care for sweet peppers in anything. I did only do a half recipe which she said it easily halved and I agree. She suggests provolone or mozzarella for the subs so I got mozzarella. I did toast by subs as she suggested. I cooked the meat in the oven for 4 hours on Sunday while I was making supper and doing other things. Then when I got home from work I warmed it up and toasted our subs.

A different take on Eggs in the hole. Instead of bread the hole is cut into three 6 in corn tortillas and then the egg is fried in the hole. This was delicious served with my homemade salsa, queso fresco and fat free sour cream. Next time I'll also add some avocado.

I made this for a family gathering and it was devoured. I cooked the Italian Drip Beef on Sat. in the oven and put into the fridge overnight. On Sunday I removed most of the fat and reheated the rest. I buttered and toasted the rolls, pilled on the beef and peppers along with a slice of Provolone Cheese and served bowls of the broth alongside for dipping. It was wonderful. Can't wait to try the Basic Drip Beef too.

These are so good and the surprising thing is I don't usually even like caramels but they are so good layered in these brownies. Very rich and it only takes a small one to please. Lovely with a nice cup of coffee.
My daughter made these for us and we ate them at her house so I didn't get a picture but maybe next time.

I made these in a cut down size, to go with the Pot Roast (also from Pioneer Woman). I used the cream cheese and butter but instead of half and half I used buttermilk. They were delicious.

The only reason I didn't give these a five is that 2 pounds of ground made eight almost regular sized burgers instead of slider size. These were delicious though and we loved the. Adding just a bit of heavy cream and Worcestershire sauce made the burgers so moist and delicious. I loved the spicy fry sauce which was a breeze to make with catsup, mayo, and cayenne.
I will definitely make these again.

This was delicious served over mashed potatoes and sprinkled with green onions. I also served it with a salad. The left overs were great too.

I needed a cake to take to work for a bake sale to help raise money for one of our employees who is on a medical leave. I decided to try this recipe, since we needed something we could slice at home and put into individual zip baggies to sell at break and lunch. This cake tastes heavenly. I made mine with seven up. I only had one problem, for some reason the crust of the cake stayed in the pan. The cake was still whole, just pale. All the brown stayed in the pan. I sprayed with cooking spray just like I do with all my cakes and I've never had this happen before. The cake was still pretty just a pale color. Tasted great though.

Oh my goodness, my tummy sure is happy at the moment. I just finished some of this delicious pot roast and it was so good. The carrots and onions were fantastic and the cooking broth was delicious, both on some mashed potatoes and a biscuit. My hubby and son are happy campers too. They loved the beef and broth with the potatoes. They aren't carrot eaters but hubby did eat a bit of the onion. I know I'll be making this one again. It's so easy. It's been simmering in the oven while I did other things.

These were good but I think I'd like them better without the green and black olives. They are a bit messy to make.

While I served this as a side I think it could also be a vegetarian main dish. It was quiet good. Loved the spicy kick from the Sriracha. Daughter and I both enjoyed this one.

This was very good but a bit spicy, which most of us like. In our area we get chipotles in adobo sauce in either 7 or 12 oz sizes instead of 11 oz. So I went ahead and used the 12 oz size. When I shredded my pork I mashed up the onions and chipotles and mixed them back into the sauce. I got both tortillas and buns to give my family a choice and offered up plenty of toppings. I will make this one again. Next time I'll make some guacamole also, since my sister and daughter thought it would also be good and I agreed. I had planned to get an avocado but they didn't look very good this week and were also pricey.

I cut this recipe down to serve three and it was delicious. Very spicy from the chipotle, but the cheesy creamy grits took care of that and we like spicy anyway. Takes about three hours to cook all but delicious. Love using stone ground grits. Instead of stew beef I used beef tips which I got on sale. Love the bite sized pieces.
I served it with steamed asparagus and biscuits.

Hubby and I loved these little gems. I made a half recipe and we ate three each. They are a little spicy from the jalapeƱo which we loved. Also enjoyed the tangy BBQ flavor. Easy to make on a weeknight.

This was amazing. I can see why it made it to PW's favorites section. I was a little afraid to add in the diced turnip, since I don't much care for them cooked, but son loves them so I forged ahead. So happy I did. I loved them in this stew along with the carrots and other ingredients. I purchased a chuck roast on sale and cut it into small pieces. I also loved her idea of making cream cheese mashed potatoes to serve with the stew to soak up the juices. Heavenly! I'll definitely be making this one again and again. Perfect winter comfort food.

I made this for my husband and son and we all loved it. My daughter made it using tenderized pork steaks instead of beef for her and her husband and they loved it too. I got some tenderized pork on sale a few days ago and plan to make it again using pork. I'll try and remember to update my review when I do.

These are fantastic. My daughter made them for us on Whole Wheat tortillas with 1/3 less fat cream cheese. She made some with turkey and the veggies and some with avocado and the veggies both tasted great. We had ours for lunch but they would also make great appetizers or a healthy snack. I think I'll be making more of these when I'm healed enough to return to work for my work lunches.
You're supposed to let them sit in the fridge for an hour before you eat them but we couldn't wait and they were still delicious. We ate some more of them the next day for lunch and they were just as good then.
