Pain de Provence

A very nice bread. The recipe as stated yields about a 1 1/2 pound loaf or two small loaves. I double the recipe and it works very well. I'm not sure it needs the Grand Marnier. I suspect that the rind and juice of nice orange would do beautifully (and reduce the cost considerably). Then the cook could just drink the Grand Marnier while the bread bakes.
