Even though you have to dirty several bowls to make this one it's worth the effort. If you like tangy citrus flavors then you'll enjoy this cake. Pretty to look at and delicious to eat. My daughter made this one for us and followed the recipe to a T but there was a hole in the center of the cake long wise almost all the way through when we cut it. Didn't take away from the flavor but not sure why it happened.
