The cream cheese frosting for the cinnamon buns was a perfect topping. Very easy to make and even better than others I have tasted. I really like the use of vanilla and lemon extract. I think I may have measured wrong on the lemon extract, so next time I will be extra careful because the lemon overpowered the cream cheese a little in the final product.

This was very easy frosting to whip up. No mixer required. I was worried the lemon juice would make it taste lemony (I don't want my cream cheese frosting to taste like lemons. I want it to taste like cream cheese!), but it didn't. It just cut the sweetness a little. Very yummy and melted well over the cinnamon rolls.
