Great cookie. Not as labor intensive as I thought they would be. Though my chocolate dough seemed really wet and sticky they came together nicely. The peanut butter dough did not need the extra tablespoon of almond milk and in fact I had to stiffen it up a little with some powdered peanut butter (I was trying not to add more sugar). Came out chewy with crisp edges - delicious.

These are incredible! When I'm in a hurry, I just "marble" the two batters together in my hands and bake them. If you like chocolate and peanut butter, these are for you!

Any cookie that tastes like what I imagine an edible pillow would taste like gets five stars from me. These are quite labour intensive so plan for some extra time if you want to make these bad boys. Or better yet get a friend or two over for a vegan baking party! Someone can roll the peanut butter balls and someone can roll the chocolate dough around them, like a little vegan factory.

The results for all your efforts are a deliously soft peanut butter center with a chewy chocolate cookie cover.
