The prime virtues of this recipe are the ease and speed with which it comes together. Five minute prep and 5-7 minutes to cook it (not counting the rice). It is pretty tasty although a true Thai aficionado would probably sneer at this version of Thai chicken -- not very authentic but certainly a tasty choice for a week-night meal. This version is not at all spicy, so people who like heat in this dish will have to add some.
