Something of a disappointment as the pumpkin layer seemed somewhat under-seasoned. Easy to make but not a recipe I would make a second time.

This is an unusual apple pie recipe - recommended to be served the following day. When I make it I use the cardamom. Only negative is that I have never been able to fit that many apples into even my deep 10 inch pie pan.
