Used this sauce for the lasagne. I did have to change it a bit since I was out of red wine and couldn't find pancetta or veal. I used an extra pound of beef in place of the veal and just omitted the other two ingredients. I'm sure the wine and pancetta...

While this was very good son and I missed the motzarella and cottage cheeses I put in my lasagne. This one only has Parmesan. Besides the Bolognese it has Besciamella.
