Made this for the second time this evening. Both time have been with beef. Tonight I made the whole recipe and three of us finished it. Quite easy to make, with long bits of time where not much attention is needed. Would probably be a good buffet dish.

Potatoes with Black Pepper reviewed by kaye16

Good way to serve potatoes. The potatoes are cooked early in the day or even the day before (doesn't everyone keep cooked potatoes in the fridge?) and the finishing is quick and relatively unattended. Except for grinding 1-1/2tsps of black pepper.
