The Josceline Dimbleby Christmas Book

By Josceline Dimbleby
Martin Books - 1987

November 15th, 2009

This book contains nothing but fabulous recipes of the totally indulgent, extravagant Christmas variety. There isn't a light-weight recipe in it. Equally, there isn't a single low-fat recipe either. Desserts are especially well done - orange pastry for mince pies, light yule log (made with almond meal), the BEST recipe for lemon ginger shortbread, multiple cakes, as one would expect, and a casket of cranberrry sorbet filled with mango ice-cream.
