Roasted Tofu Grain Bowls With Miso-Tahini Sauce from Epicurious
I had to sub the cabbage with brussels sprouts, but otherwise followed the recipe closely. This was tasty and filling. I think you could add other veggies or swap grains and it would still be delicious. read more >
