Kitchen Herbs: The Art and Enjoyment of Growing Herbs and Cooking With Them

Pretty and tasty pasta with an interesting sauce of chopped pistachios and garlic with capers added at the end.

I made a half recipe with about 1-1/2 roasted red bell pepper. The pasta dough was pretty damp and it took quite a bit of additional flour to make it workable.

Made a very pretty serving. Might be nice as a first course.
