Roasted Broccoli Gratin with Blue Cheese : page 10
This was a recipe by Mark Bittman. My daughter and I loved it. I'm not a big fan of broccoli and cheese but roasting the broccoli with a bit of olive oil, salt, pepper and crushed garlic then sprinkling a mixture of bread crumbs and blue cheese over and baking some more resulted in a wonderful side dish. I could actually make a meal of this.
