Blueberry Granola Crunch Pancakes : page 192
A good pancake recipe, very thick batter with perhaps a touch too much cinnamon for my tastes. I did not serve with the granola on top as I couldn't figure out how to make that into a cohesive dish; I will have to try these at the restaurant to see how they do it.

Blueberry Preserves : page 37
This is a super-quick recipe and results in a tasty, thick preserve that's not too sweet. It's a handy way to use up large quantities of blueberries. It says it lasts for a month in the fridge; I'm betting it will actually go longer.

I thought this was a great salad, with a lot of color and texture. I did leave out the beet, as I don't do beets, and I used mesclun instead of greens, since we were already having greens with dinner. The sunflower seeds were a very nice touch. I would definitely make this one again.

This was a good idea but had a strange flavor to it. The spice mix was bizarre. There was also a bitter aftertaste. Would not make again.

Warm Pimiento Cheese and Chips : page 55
This was a very yummy dip. I think I liked this better than traditional pimiento cheese spread. I did substitute actual pimientos for the roasted red pepper that were called for, which gave it more zing.
