I don't know if I am doing something wrong, but these popovers rarley turn out perfect.

I've eaten much better popovers. I opted to use two large eggs. My pop overs didn't rise as much as they should have. Maybe it was my oven. I did bake them at the same time I had a meatloaf in the oven so maybe that was my problem. I thought they were just ok.
