This is a very nice week-night pasta dish. The smokiness comes from bacon and you can use either fresh (which I did) or canned tomatoes. There is a bit of a kick from some red pepper flakes and i think it would be worth trying this recipe a second time...

This recipe can easily be memorized, and it's so easy, you have not excuse not to make salad every night. The key to a really tasty salad is to put a healthy pinch of salt in the bottom of the bowl with the oil and vinger before tossing.
