These were tasty and moist without being gooey (as blondies sometimes are). Very simple to make but I may work the chocolate in after the butter has cooled. I added mine while the butter/sugar mixture was still slightly warm and the chocolate chunks...

These are very tasty with just the right amount of crunch and chew. Quick and easy recipe. I cooked mine about 18-20 minutes to retain the chewy interior. Next time I may cut the powdered sugar by 1/3 cup (I saw other recipes w/ less so it should work).

Tangy and sweet! I thought this recipe was simple and delicious. The crunch of cornmeal in the crust is a nice change from the usual shortbread and it was indeed lighter. The filling was lemon-y and bright without being overly sour or cloyingly sweet....
