Really excellent flavor, and so easy to make since you can make it the night before. The chicken was really moist. I left out the jalapeno seeds, and there was barely any heat to the dish, though YMMV depending on the jalapeno.

This was lovely- the chicken roasted perfectly (although I did use my thermometer) and I loved the chickpea, carrot, and lemons that were roasted. My only change would be to add some additional seasoning to the chicken. Maybe a little garam masala, but...
