While these stuffed mushrooms were tasty, I don't think the recipe worked very well as written. It is nearly impossible to "pipe" goat cheese out of a plastic bag if it hasn't been thinned with anything. I probably wouldn't make these again.

This was a lot of fussiness for a so-so result, as is sometimes a characteristic of Cooks Illustrated recipes. Probably wouldn't make again.
