From: A16: Food + Wine (reviewed 20th April 2010)These meatballs are amazing and worth making over and over again. The seasoning is just right and the blend of different meats really creates a depth of flavor.
From: A16: Food + Wine (reviewed 20th April 2010)This cake is amazing, the pistachios and almonds are highlighted in this cake with the accent of the orange salad. Makes a great finish to an Italian meal or as a leftover for breakfast.
From: Ad Hoc at Home (reviewed 28th April 2010)I made this for my graduation dinner and it went over really well. The flavors pair with each other really well and everyone really enjoyed it. When I made it the chicken did need to be cooked longer and I would probably just use a meat thermometer and ignore the suggested timing.
Amazing lentil stew! Rich, hearty and the kale gives it a really nice texture.

A simple dish that is easy to put together but is rich and flavorful.
I've made this twice in the past week, it's a really easy dish and is great for a weeknight dinner. The first time I followed the recipe exactly as is, and the second time I used shrimp instead of chicken and added it at the very end of the dish. Both times turned out great, and we used the leftovers for tacos.

A great pasta dish. great texture from the fava beans and the lemon in the dish really makes the dish light and great for the spring and summer. Definitely worth making again.
