Cook This Now: 120 Easy and Delectable Dishes You Can't Wait to Make

By Melissa Clark

Greek-style pork chops

This recipe was easy, health, and delicious! The yogurt sauce was especially good - I will make this version in place of other recipes.

Concept of the recipe was good and very easy to make. Am planning to add some seasoning to the chicken breast next time - perhaps italian seasoning or italian breadcrumbs. Have also added a note to add pepper and a little fresh basil to tomato sauce.

Very easy and delicious. Keeps well over a couple of days. The rosemary and olive oil combination is lovely!

This recipe makes the leeks very tender - I love it. I only have dried tarragon on hand, and it's wonderful.

I always have trouble with mushrooms becoming watery when I cook them, but the flavor of this recipe is nice. I will add additional miso as we like the flavor and could barely notice it in the dish.
