Crisp roasted chicken with chickpeas, lemons, and carrots with parsley gremolata from Cook This Now: 120 Easy and Delectable Dishes You Can't Wait to Make

This was lovely- the chicken roasted perfectly (although I did use my thermometer) and I loved the chickpea, carrot, and lemons that were roasted. My only change would be to add some additional seasoning... read more >
