Instant Pot Lemon Chicken with Garlic and Olives from Epicurious
I made this in a dutch oven and finished under the broiler to re-crisp the chicken (somewhat). This was very tasty - loved the flavors but will need to tweak a bit to keep the skin crispy. Easy and delicious. read more >
