This made an amazing soup. I used my own homemade chicken stock and some rosemary instead of the thyme. Fantastic soup with simple ingredients and a definite repeat. I blended the whole pot for a smoother soup. Recipe available online at The Guardian.

Black Pudding in Pastry with Mustard Sauce reviewed by kaye16

Sausage rolls with boudin noir. (No morcilla in the shop lately, so I used a locally made boudin noir.) Good, but probably won't make this again. It's easy just to sauté the sausages till they're done. The pastry is a calorie-rich frill.
