Easy and delicious! Chicken breasts are pounded into thin cutlets, dipped in flavored flour, then egg white, and finally a panko-parmesan mix (we substituted Asiago). The breasts are baked for 8 - 10 minutes, and the result was tender, moist, and flavorful....
