This was just fine but not really special enough that I'd want to make it again. It calls for za'atar which is an interesting change of pace, but when I have good feta and peak of season tomatoes I think I prefer fresh herbs with them. Also, I love chickpeas...

This was a yummy, hearty salad that makes a light cold supper, perfect for hot summer nights when the tomatoes are ripe and juicy. Grill extra chicken to have on hand for throwing the salad together.

No-Cook Tomato Sauce reviewed by sturlington

I punched this up a bit with a shot of balsamic vinegar and a handful of baby spinach. I also substituted basil for the parsley. Good on a fresh filled pasta like tortellini.
