King Arthur Flour Whole Grain Baking: Delicious Recipes Using Nutritious Whole Grains

This recipes marries two of my favorite cookies - peanut butter and oatmeal! I did toast my oats before grinding and added a dash of cinnamon. They were hearty, chewy and delicious! I have also made a half recipe with a handful of dried cranberries which is a nice addition. Baked 11 minutes and let cool on the pan.
