| From: Fine Cooking (reviewed 25th August 2019)Used this recipe to make Epicurious' Oven Dried Tomato Tart with Goat Cheese and Black Olives. This is a bit brittle and I had to make several repairs when transferring it to the tart pan. I par baked this for 20 minutes with pie weights and an additional 12 minutes with out - that was a few minutes too long for this crust (8 minutes would have been plenty). I followed the Epi recipe pretty closely and baked for 25 minutes (last 12 with crust tented). This was a nice variation for this tart that I make so often - buttery and crisp with cornmeal crunch. |
| From: Fine Cooking (reviewed 12th July 2014)Great take on chicken and rice soup. I used rice that was already cooked and poured the soup over so it may not have been as thick as it should have but it was very satisfying. |
| From: Fine Cooking (reviewed 24th December 2016)These are wonderful! I appreciated their subtle sweetness, and light rosemary flavor. Because they weren't so sweet they still tasted great after icing/decorating. Dough was very easy to work with and they held their shape while baking. |
