I made just 1/4 of the recipe (cooking for two) to go along with the oven roasted tikka. This definitely hits all the right spots - tangy, spicy and slightly sweet. Will make this one again!

Totally agree with previous review - super delicious but this books needs some editing. I followed this precisely (except for heating the oven hours before!) marinating for about 5 hours and it was perfect. Served with cilantro chutney from this book.
