	Ratatouille From: The Art of Simple Food: Notes, Lessons, and Recipes from a Delicious Revolution (reviewed 1st July 2012) This was really nice made with my farmers market veggies and a creamy polenta. I mixed in a little spicy sausage as well for a delicious main course. Also added some black olives and thyme.
	Salsa Verde From: The Art of Simple Food: Notes, Lessons, and Recipes from a Delicious Revolution (reviewed 8th September 2011) This is a good, basic salsa verde. I added a bit of lemon juice and a sprinkle of red pepper flakes. Nice with grilled eggplant (as recommended on page 304).
	Spicy Cauliflower Soup From: The Art of Simple Food: Notes, Lessons, and Recipes from a Delicious Revolution (reviewed 7th December 2019) Surprised I have never reviewed this one as it is a winter favorite! Sometimes I garnish it with just a squeeze of lemon or lime. I have also topped with a garlicy basil or cilantro pesto.
	White Beans with Rosemary and Garlic From: The Art of Simple Food: Notes, Lessons, and Recipes from a Delicious Revolution (reviewed 6th April 2017) Excellent basic white beans. I used cannellini beans and they cooked in less than 2 hours (without presoaking). I have served this with meatballs and, as a side, with oven dried tomatoes.
