| This is just delicious and a bit better for you than nachos. Great for a weeknight meal. |
| We love goat cheese and are always on the lookout for interesting ways of using it. These are wonderful and easy to make. Sara says if you're not a fan of goat cheese any good melting cheese will work, such as mozzarella, Swiss or even cheddar. |
| From: Leite's Culinaria (reviewed 12th January 2013)I decided to make these with the optional choice of limes instead of lemons. I made a half-recipe and got 2 dozen cookies. Next time I’ll be making a whole recipe since these were delicious. The only thing I’d do differently is to roll the cookies in the confectioners’ sugar instead of dropping them into a resealable plastic bag. These cookies are delicate and some of them fell apart after tossing them into the bag. I love the tartness of the lime juice and zest along with the sweetness of the sugar. These are small cookies but pack a delightfully large punch. YUM!

| We loved these. The first time I made them I made half without the Swiss. Even though they are great with the cheese I liked them even better without. This is a fast easy meal for a work night. All you need to add is some cranberry sauce and a veggie and you're all set. |
| This is amazing! My family loved it. The brie was an interesting addition to the hash browns. As my mother in law would say it gave the casserole a college education. Great for a Sunday brunch. |
| My daughter and I loved this one. We enjoyed the little kick the chipotles gave the dish. |
| From: Everyday Pasta (reviewed 3rd January 2010)A good cheesy mac and cheese with Fontina, Parmesan, and Mozzarella. The addition of the optional ham in my opinion bumps this up from a side dish to a main dish. We love trying new mac and cheeses and this one was great. |
| This is a wonderful fall salad full of fall flavors. The dressing would be good on a variety of salads. I couldn't find just baby arugula so I used mixed baby greens that contained arugula. I love Pomegranate molasses but we are unable to find it here and I was out of what I brought back from California with me so I used the suggested option of honey and used honey from our own bees. |
| We love greens and my family usually has a fall patch of greens growing in the garden. I'm always on the lookout for new ways to fix those greens. This is a delicious recipe. | This is so delicious for a winter supper. I make it almost every winter for my daughter and I along with the Creamy Polenta page 206, and Pear Milk and Gingersnaps page 208. Not a hard meal to make but wonderful to eat. Great for Vegetarians, minus the pear milk of course. |
| This is excellent with the roasted root vegetables. Very easy to make and tasty to eat. |

| This macaroni and cheese is over the top. It's delicious but a little costly to make. It's great for a special occasion though and I made this for my daughter's birthday in 2009. Cheeses included are mild and sharp cheddar, Velveeta, mozzarella, and provolone. What sends it over the top is the lobster and shrimp. |
| I've made these several times and we love these. I've even made them with raisins instead of cranberries and they're good both ways. To make them a bit healthier I've even used fat free sweetened condensed milk. They make a great breakfast on the go or a wonderful healthy snack. |

| This one is filled with flavor from the salsa. We like it spicy. |
| We had these again last night for supper. We love them and they're so easy and quick to make. I usually use some of my homemade mexican chow chow instead of the pickled relish but didn't have any opened last night so my son suggested I try a dill pickle and use some whole grain mustard instead of the plain mustard. Well I think we like them even better that way.
The first time I made these I used the whole amount of mayo called for and they were too runny so now I only use 1/2 the amount. |

Both my husband and son said it was as good or better than the take out we sometimes get. They hope I'll make this one again and again. |

| From: Leite's Culinaria (reviewed 29th January 2010)My family agreed that this was the perfect soup for a cold winter's night. A bit spicy so beware you may want to use less sriacha sauce if you don't like heat. This was one of my test recipes. |
| From: Leite's Culinaria (reviewed 18th February 2010)The cake is tart but not to tart The lemon juice and sugar that you cook together to make the syrup didn’t get very thick but sure gave the cake another jolt of luscious lemon. I’ll definitely make this one again and next time will take it to the next level by making some lemon curd to serve on top of the slices, as suggested by Ina. |

| From: Martha Stewart (reviewed 30th January 2010)We love this and I've made it many times. I like to make it most times without the sausage. I bake it in a cheese cake pan so I can remove the sides for easy cutting into beautiful pieces. The recipe calls for leftover spaghetti but I usually just cook a box, drain and rinse in cold water before adding the eggs and cheeses. |
| From: Martha Stewart (reviewed 30th January 2010)We love these sweet potato biscuits. They are good with a meal or by themselves for a treat. We even like the leftovers toasted with a bit of butter spread on them. |

| From: The Food Network (reviewed 30th January 2010)These mini burgers are wonderful and the ketchup is great too. Rachael Ray sure made a hit with these. We've made them with both ground beef and ground turkey and they were equally delicious. Love the chipotle in this. I'm hooked on fired roasted tomatoes because of this ketchup. |
