| This is my go-to bread. I make the dough in my bread machine and then form 2 loaves into baguettes. Bake at 375 degrees 28 minutes after a one hour rise. |
| Bake in the machine for a perfect brioche loaf. I have a Panasonic machine. The smallest loaf rises all the way to the top of the machine.
Settings for my machine: Medium loaf and light crust. |
