Jelly Shot Test Kitchen: Jell-ing Classic Cocktails-One Drink at a Time
By Michelle Palm
Running Press - 2011
I have been following this food blog for a while and they just published their first cookbook. It is a a great book with tons of pictures (which are key when you are trying to make these fun little concoctions).
We made Cosmopolitan Jelly Shots the first thing. We needed something one layer and easy since we didn't really have much time and were excited about trying it out. We need to perfect our technique but we are very anxious to try.
Totally fun party book - but be careful - these things are potent!

I have several favorite recipes out of it that I recorded in my Living Cookbook software but I don't have the actual book any longer. I'm going to have to see if I can find a used one or something. The banana bread is great - ZERO oil and it is moist and wonderful. Who needs all of that fat - Fannie Farmer (or Marion Cunningham) knew that years ago!
