Jelly Shot Test Kitchen: Jell-ing Classic Cocktails-One Drink at a Time
By Michelle Palm
Running Press - 2011
I have been following this food blog for a while and they just published their first cookbook. It is a a great book with tons of pictures (which are key when you are trying to make these fun little concoctions).
We made Cosmopolitan Jelly Shots the first thing. We needed something one layer and easy since we didn't really have much time and were excited about trying it out. We need to perfect our technique but we are very anxious to try.
Totally fun party book - but be careful - these things are potent!
