Fyriskaka (Classic Apple Cake) from Fika: The Art of The Swedish Coffee Break, with Recipes for Pastries, Breads, and Other Treats

Really delicious cake. Only used 2 apples of medium size. Used full amount of spice and added extra cardamom extract to the dough. Used one egg (from my sister's chicks) and one flax egg. Will make again.... read more >
